Title I, Part A:  Education for the Disadvantaged

Title I, Part A provides financial assistance to schools which have high populations of economically disadvantaged students. The purpose of the program is to provide additional academic support to low-income students to ensure all students meet state standards.  All  schools in the Taylor County School District  are designated as Title I schools.
