Taylor County Middle School was recently recognized by the Governor's Office of Student Achievement for outstanding student growth. GOSA commented: "These awards are not handed out generously. They go to schools that have genuinely earned them because growth is hard to manufacture. It requires intentional instruction, consistent effort, and, most of all, a belief that every student is capable of more."
