A representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission will be in the TCHS Media Center on January 23 from 10-12. Any parent/guardian of a senior who wants assistance with completing the FAFSA for school term 2023-2024 is invited. Email Mrs. Madore (madore.diane@taylorboe.org) if you will be attending.
The dual enrollment information meeting for parents/guardians has been rescheduled to January 26 from 6-7. This is for the 23-24 school year.
Counseling information
We send our condolences to the family of Jake Pounds, a TCHS graduate. Out of respect for the family, faculty members and students, we will postpone our dual enrollment meeting (scheduled for 6:00 on Thursday evening).
Once the new date is finalized we will share via email, website, social media, and text.

We are continuing to monitor the weather for school dismissal. At this time, we plan to start running our buses about 15 minutes ahead of their normal schedule. We are willing to release car riders at the same time, but staff will remain on duty until all car riders have been picked up. Please know that a weather warning during this time could alter our schedule. The current plan is as follows:
Taylor County Primary School – 2:30 p.m.
Taylor County Upper Elementary – 2:45 p.m.
Taylor County Middle and High Schools – 3:00 p.m.
