Important Announcement from the Taylor County School District
Taylor County Schools will have an early release for students on Friday, November 10, 2023. Bus students and car riders will be dismissed at the following times:
Taylor County Primary School – 11:15 a.m.
Taylor County Upper Elementary – 11:30 a.m.
Taylor County Middle and High Schools – 11:45 a.m.

The boys basketball parent meeting scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled. The meeting will now be Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 5:30 PM in the TCHS Media Center.

Important Information for the Viking Football Game at Schley County, tomorrow, Friday, 10/13
Schley County does not accept cash at the gate. Tickets are only available through GoFan, either pre-purchased online until noon on gameday or purchased at the gate
using a debit/credit card.
Tickets are $10 and a service charge per ticket will be charged whether purchased online or at the gate. The concession stand is cash only.
Schley County also requires middle school age and younger students to be accompanied by an adults, and no more than five students will be permitted per adult.
A clear bag policy will be enforced at entrance to the stadium.

Join us for our annual Title I Meeting and Open House on October 19, 2023 ! We will also have college and military representatives here to assist our seniors and their parents.
The Taylor County School System has excelled in its 4-year cohort graduation rate for the year 2023. The Taylor County School System’s 4-year cohort graduation rate for the year 2023 is 92.13% and exceeds the state cohort graduation rate of 84.4%. Congratulations to our students, faculty and staff for the teamwork that produced this accomplishment.
