Important Annoucement- Early Release Today
Due to a water outage in Butler, Taylor County Schools will have an early
release for students today, January 21, 2026.
Bus students and car riders will be dismissed at the following times:
Taylor County Primary School – 1:30 p.m.
Taylor County Upper Elementary – 1:40 p.m.
Taylor County Middle and High Schools – 1:45 p.m.

2026-2027 TCSD Calendar
This Week at TCHS... Attendance on Monday and Tuesday counts towards exemption status. Exemption tickets will be given out Tuesday during classes. Exams will be Wednesday and Thursday. Since Thursday is an early release day, 4th blcok exam will begin at 8:00 AM to be followed by 3rd block. Next up, Christmas break!
